“酒店处于老城的外围，外面就是新城行驶着有轨电车的街道。前台很热情，给我们升级到了另一个单元里带阳台的房间，房间虽是三角形的但有个客厅，可以看到外面新城的街道但看不到风情万种的老城，有些遗憾。早餐是在酒店楼下出门左拐不远处的一个餐厅里，8点开始，是套餐不是自助的。在尼斯的那两天正好都下雨，我们借了酒店的雨伞，但都被大风都吹折了，作为补偿也出于自愿我给酒店打满分。”

“Location is the biggest PLUS for this hotel. Close to the beach just with your beach towel and walk across the street and you will arrive NICE beach. Whenever you wanna bath in the sea or jogging at the beach, you will find this hotel's best location. Also the service is friendly and comfortable experience for us. We arrived early to check in that day and the staff still helped us to find a room that is done check out. The room itself is a bug surprise for us. Totally ok for friends or couple……

“It’s like a YMCA for more than 100 euro per night. Not easy to find its parking lot and the ramp of the parking is tiny. You will for sure scratch your car if you drive a SUV. Overall it’s clean but premature to host guests as many details are yet done. ”

“Excellent location especially next to the train station so I can refresh right after returning from day trips in nearby cities and towns. Good a/c and lighting in the room. Easy to go around the city from this hotel. Will definitely recommend staying there. ”

“The service was very good and the staffs were very nice. It was so good that we could use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi of Splendid Hotel just near by. However, seems there was no air-conditioner although I am not sure if it was due to we didn't know how to operate it or not. The big problem was located in bathroom. We have big expectations to take a bath in such a big and beautiful bathroom. However, seems the bathtub stopper was damaged so all the water was flow away. We could only take……
